Refund policy

We have a 24 hour Refund Policy, which means refunds may be requested until 24 hours before the booked session takes place.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase in the form of your order confirmation email.

If your refund is approved, you will be notified via email. Refund timelines are typically 3 - 5 working days; please note this can change depending on your bank.

Exchanges
If you would like to change your booked session to another slot, please follow the instructions in your booking confirmation email. If you experience any issues with that, please reach out via email at info@mindyourself365.com.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
